IKPT Awarded FEED Green Refinery RU-III Plaju Project
PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik (IKPT) has been awarded the FEED Green Refinery RU III-Plaju Project from PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero). Contract has been signed on July 11, 2025 and the Project Kick Off Meeting (KOM) was held on July 15, 2025 at Wisma IKPT, Jakarta.
PT KPI intends to process crude palm oil (CPO) to high quality green fuel products that meet international standards for quality. For this purpose, PT KPI will build a new Green Refinery Unit with a total capacity of 20 MBSD*, including its supporting facilities. This plant is included as one of the National Strategic Projects that support the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for their strategic planning to increase the production and capacity of new and renewable energy in Indonesia.
In this project, IKPT’s scope of work is to deliver FEED document, including constructability engineering and general execution requirements during EPC Stage of the Green Refinery Plaju RU-III Project and its supporting facilities.
Through this project, IKPT reaffirms its commitment to support sustainable and green energy development in Indonesia.
