IKPT Establishment
22 February 1982, IKPT was established as an EPC company under Indonesia law.
1983
PSC Contractors
IKPT menangani berbagai fasilitas migas darat dan lepas pantai untuk Kontraktor PSC (Production Sharing Contract).
1985
Cryogenic Technology
IKPT used cryogenic technology in project LNG Train E for PT Badak NGL at Bontang, East Kalimantan.
1990
Main Contractor
IKPT was awarded as main contractor in EPC Ammonia 1,350 MTPD and Urea 1,400 MTPD Project for PT Petrokimia Gresik at Gresik, East Java.
1991
2,3 Million MTPA
IKPT was awarded as main contractor in LNG Train F Project with capacity 2,3 million MTPA and 57 km pipeline for PT Badak NGL at Bontang, East Kalimantan
1995
Geothermal
IKPT built 3 x 55 MW Power Plant for UNOCAL Gunung Salak Geothermal Units 4, 5 and 6 at Sukabumi, West Java. JV with Fluor Daniel.
1997
LNG Train H
IKPT finished project LNG Train H with capacity 2,95 million MTPA for PT Badak NGL at Bontang East Kalimantan.
2002
Oil and Gas
IKPT was awarded as main contractor in South Sumatera Gas Development Package II and III Project.
2007
Offshore Involvement
IKPT was awarded as main contractor in project Tuban Main Transit Terminal and Pipeline at Tuban, East Java. This is the first involvement in offshore sector. IKPT construct SPM with capacity 150,000 DWT.
2011
Biggest Ammonia and Urea
IKPT and TEC was awarded KALTIM-5 Project which produce 2,500 MTPD Ammonia and 3,500 MTPD Urea, claimed to be the biggest Ammonia and Urea Plant in ASEAN.
2012
Global Positioning
20 February 2012, IKPT became member of Toyo Global in order to strengthen global market and become a world class player in EPC Business.
2014
Asean Market
KPT involved in Mega Steam Cracker Complex, Malaysia RAPID Project, with scope of work Detail Engineering Work for 3 units of total 9 units.
2015
MRT Jakarta
IKPT as member of Metro One Consortium won CP-107 Package for Railway System and Trackwork of MRT Jakarta.
