LNG Train-G Expansion Project and 3rd Loading Dock

Train G also marks the thirteenth LNG train in Indonesia, whereby Indonesia become a major world supplier of LNG gas.

Project Description
This is the seventh train expansion project of existing 6 LNG Trains in Bontang, with the purpose of increasing the LNG production capacity to meet with LNG world demand.  Long term sales contract between Pertamina - Japan and Pertamina - South Korea.

Scope of Services

With a fixed lump sum price contract IKPT is responsible for the entire scope of work including engineering, procurement of equipment and materials, and construction work up to the mechanical completion of the plant, until final acceptance by the client.

Contractually, IKPT is to achieve maximum of local content.
