On 19 July 2004
an Agreement was signed for engineering
work between PERTAMINA and IKPT.
PERTAMINA was represented by Mr.
Nurtjahjono - Division head Of
Engineering & Research, Directorate of
downstream IKPT was represented by Mr.
Bambang Persetyo, Director of Services.
The agreement served as an "Umbrella
agreement" where it would be acted upon
with package agreements (more details
for execution). Work packages could come
from both parties, where a their party
can be the giver or the receiver of
work.
The Agreement was for the duration of 2
years, it covered activities such as:
Engineering Design, FEED, HAZOPS, Cost
Engineering, Project Scheduling, CAD /
CAE, Detail Engineering.
As follow-up of the Agreement, 2 package
agreements have been executed :

Of Tuban Aromatic Plant-TPPI
with schedule;
