Project Description
EXOR-1 Refinery Project Plant is designed for processing 125,000 BPSD (Barrels Per Stream Day) of Indonesian Crude Oil and to produce Propylene (6,000 BPSD); Mogas (53,000 BPSD); Kerosene (11,000 BPSD); LPG (4,000 BPSD); Gas Oil (24,000 BPSD); Industrial Diesel Fuel (15,000 BPSD); Decant Oil (4,000 BPSD); Fuel Oil (4,000 BPSD); and Sulphur (27 MTD) as its principal product utilizing Residue Catalytic Cracking technology and the use of Atmospheric Residue Hydrodemetallization process as the key upgrading processes for Heavy Oil Fractionation.

Scope of Services
Based on a fixed price 'Lump Sum Basis', IKPT's scope consist of an EPC subontract portion located at the Offsite Facilities area constructing thirteen (13) tankages of various sizes with total 228,000 cubic meter capacity, this includes all detail engineering and procurement services utilizing both local anf world-wide vendors, and additional 37 tankages with the total 625,000 cubic meter capacity assigned to IKPT also on EPC basis.

Furthermore, constructing 48 km of carbon steel cooling water pipeline from Jatiluhur to the Balongan Project Site area
